Birth chart online
A birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment you were born: where the Sun, the Moon and the planets stood, which sign was rising in the east and how the sky divides into 12 houses. Astrologers read it as a description of tendencies and strengths, not as a verdict.
What you need
- Your date of birth.
- Your time of birth — the more exact the better: the Ascendant and the houses depend on it. Without a time you can still get a chart, but the houses and the Moon will be approximate.
- Your place of birth — a city or a village: it sets the coordinates and the time zone for that date.

How we calculate
Planetary positions come from NASA JPL ephemerides, houses use the Placidus system. We cross-checked the results against Swiss Ephemeris and Astro-Seek: the differences are fractions of an arc minute. Your birth data is kept only in your account and can be deleted in one step.
